IT Specialist - Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics 365

We are looking for an IT Specialist - Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics 365 to join our team.

 

The Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist with a strong background in Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics 365. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and supporting these platforms, ensuring their optimal performance and alignment with our business goals. In addition to primary responsibilities, the candidate will assist with other IT duties as necessary, providing comprehensive support to our technology infrastructure.
 

A Typical Day:

  • Maintain, configure, and support Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Ensure the platforms are performing efficiently and are aligned with business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and manage system updates and Upgrades
  •  Provide end-user support and training for SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
  • Assist in the development of workflows, dashboards, and reports within Dynamics 365.
  • Manage SharePoint site collections, permissions, and security settings.
  • Assist with other IT-related tasks, including network support, software deployment, and user management.
  • Document IT procedures and create user manuals as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices related to SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and general IT support.


Is This You?

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collection management, and content management.
  • Proficient in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Experience with workflow automation and process improvement within Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and software deployment.

Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Location:

 NAAG is headquartered in Washington, D.C. 

 

Terrific Total Compensation Package:

  • Salary range starts at $75,000 -$80,000 and is commensurate with experience and budget availability.
  • NAAG offers a generous benefits package which includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, life/disability, long-term care, and 401k retirement plan.
