Job Brief:

The CLE Coordinator’s main role is to manage CLE processing for NAAG programs. The CLE Coordinator is supervised by the Membership & Operations Manager.

Typical Day:

  • Manage CLE applications and approval for eligible NAAG programs in all applicable jurisdictions
  • Process all CLE requests
  • Track and verify eligibility for all CLE requests. Including attendance and interactivity
  • Distribute certificates, approval codes and records of attendance for all CLE requests
  • Manage accreditation and sponsorship renewals with select jurisdictions
  • Consult with subject matter experts/counsel during the event planning and program development stages to ensure events are eligible for MCLE.
  • Review agendas for all programs and ensure times are listed in accordance with CLE guidelines
  • Generate reports as needed to track requests and approval credit
  • Coordinate with scheduling team to setup events in the Dynamics
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Terrific Compensation Package

  • Salary range for this position is $48,000.00-$50,000.00, commensurate with experience.commensurate with experience
