Member Services (CLE) Coordinator

We are looking for a Member Services Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Coordinator .

 

The Job Brief:

The Member Services Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Coordinator will play an integral role on the Member Services team.  The position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of CLE for NAAG programs. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently, and ensure compliance with state regulators. Additionally, this role requires strong communication and troubleshooting skills to support NAAG members. The Member Services CLE Coordinator is supervised by the Membership & Operations Manager. 
 

The Member Services CLE Coordinator report to NAAG’s Membership & Operations Manager.

 

A Typical Day May Look Like This: 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a high volume of CLE reporting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide support services and assist members related to CLE credit.
  • Process CLE applications for eligible NAAG programs in all applicable jurisdictions
  • Ensure CLE requests are processed with accuracy. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CLE records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with accreditation and sponsorship.
  • Review agendas and ensure sessions are listed in accordance with CLE guidelines.
  • Assist in special projects at the manager’s direction.
  • Address member inquiries and provide support related to member services.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
     

Is This You?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a legal or educational setting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated to improve processes and organize data efficiently.

Location:

NAAG is headquartered in Washington, D.C. Hybrid work environment.
 

Terrific Total Compensation Package:

  • Salary range starts at $50,000.00-$52,000.00 and is commensurate with experience and budget availability.
  • NAAG offers a generous benefits package which includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, life/long-term disability, and 401k retirement plan (employer match/profit sharing).
